am a Chairman of a homeschool co-op. What is my role?

Do I get to run the show?

Do I get to make all the decisions?

No. I lead. I support. I serve.

If I can be effective and get a lot done, I am going to be successful, but imagine the impact that I can have if on top of that I am a really great leader? That would mean exponential growth for myself and my group.

So, lead your administrative board. Listen to them. Train them. Love them. Share your vision with them. Learn:
