Dedication vs Leadership?

What is the interdependence between the two of these?

Many years ago I read John C. Maxwell’s book called The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership. It really struck home. I didn’t just read it. I reread it and reread it, I studied it, I discussed it, I talked about it.

This Law of the Lid deserves it’s own post. Consider the graphic. What do you see in it? What does the quote say to you? I would encourage you to journal the ah-ha’s you receive just from one simple picture.
